Tax Information

All products are “Made in India”, shipped from India, US custom cleared, duty paid. Prices quoted are all inclusive and there is no additional tax that will be added on the final sale.

Shipping

The entire inventory listed in this website is available at the i-mart store located in Sunnyvale, CA, USA. All products are “Made in India” and shipped from India, US custom cleared/duty paid.

a) Customers can visit the store located in Sunnyvale CA in person and make purchases.
b) They can purchase online with the "store pick up" option so they will not incur any shipping charges.
c) For customers in other parts of USA, they can choose to ship. i-mart currently ships only Domestic (i.e. within the United States)

i-mart store uses the services of UPS or USPS to ship packages up to 70 lbs. All shipments are covered with loss and damages insurance for the merchandize value with the respective services.

For shipments above 70 lbs i-mart uses the services of R+L Carriers, fully insured. Shipments sent through carriers are door delivered.

i-mart ships to all states within USA to all cities and towns that have a local UPS and / or USPS office. Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of checkout. Please note that our shipping fees include our costs for order processing.

Handling Time

Orders require 1-2 working days to be processed. Orders that are placed on Saturday or Sunday will be considered as a Monday order.

Returns and Exchanges

It is our sincere endeavor to provide, as accurate a photo image of the product as possible. The photo is a representation of an entire stock. However there can be a minor variation depending on the browser that is used to view the photo.

i-mart store stocks and supply quality products. All products are thoroughly inspected before dispatch. We also respect your religious and cultural sentiments and assure you that all products supplied are first hand quality. If you were to receive erroneously a thoroughly incorrect merchandise or a merchandise in a damaged or defective condition you may please contact i-martsunnyvale@india4you.com immediately providing photographs of the damaged merchandize as well as photos of the packages (including packing materials) as received.

Insurance

All shipments are covered for insurance for loss and damages. The recipient can file insurance directly with UPS / USPS. 

Note that in the instance of a receiver filing a damage claim, they may contact i-mart at i-martsunnyvale@india4you.com to provide any support documents that maybe required. Note that if products are received broken or in damaged condition (partial or full), receiver may file a claim, and will have to hold the parcel (including all packing material and carton box) in an "as is" condition. This has to be made available for an inspection.
